Scope
This policy will apply to purchases and subscriptions made directly through Music Battles when paid services are launched.
General rule
Except where required by applicable law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal while access continues until the end of the paid period.
Situations reviewed
We will review requests involving duplicate charges, technical billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or a paid service that could not reasonably be provided. Approval depends on the facts, payment records and applicable law.
No prorated refund
Unless required by law or specifically offered at checkout, no prorated refund or credit is provided for unused days, reduced usage, a voluntary account suspension or cancellation before the end of the billing period.
How to request a review
Email support@musicbattles.net with the account email, transaction date, amount and reason. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction.
Decision and processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time then depends on Stripe, the card network and the customer’s financial institution. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
