Scope
This policy will apply when Music Battles begins offering paid recurring subscriptions. No paid subscription is activated unless the customer completes the checkout process.
Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency and price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled. Renewal information will be displayed before purchase.
How to cancel
Customers will be able to cancel through the account or Stripe customer portal, or by contacting support@musicbattles.net. Cancellation should be requested before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Effective date of cancellation
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Premium access remains available until that date, after which the account returns to the free plan. Cancellation does not delete the account.
Payment failures
If a payment fails, access may remain temporarily active while payment retries occur. Premium access may be suspended or returned to the free plan if payment is not completed.
Confirmation and support
A cancellation confirmation will be displayed or emailed when the request is processed. Contact support@musicbattles.net if the confirmation is not received or if an unauthorized renewal is suspected.
