By accessing or using Music Battles, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Music Battles is an online music-battle platform where visitors and registered members can listen to competing versions, vote, view rankings and follow official results. Some music or visual content may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorized access. One person must not create or operate accounts to manipulate votes, rankings, quotas or rewards. We may suspend, limit or deactivate accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service.
Voting and fair participation
Voting limits and privileges vary by account plan. Automated voting, coordinated manipulation, technical circumvention, false identities and other abusive activity are prohibited. We may reject, remove or investigate suspicious votes to preserve the credibility of results.
Content and intellectual property
The website, interface, branding, code, compilations, rankings and original materials are owned by or licensed to S.M.B Multi-Division inc.. External music and video content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners and platforms. You may not copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
External services
The service may link to YouTube, Stripe or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. S.M.B Multi-Division inc. does not control the availability or content of external platforms.
Premium subscriptions
When paid plans become available, the price, billing frequency, taxes, included privileges and automatic-renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions will remain subject to the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy linked below.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue features, duels, rankings, plans or access when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is”. S.M.B Multi-Division inc. is not liable for indirect losses, external-platform failures or decisions made solely from rankings, predictions or entertainment content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
